The process flow of DTF printer

DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a simple and efficient process for transferring vibrant designs onto cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Print on PET Film

✔ Select a high-quality PET transfer film suitable for DTF printing.

✔ Print the design in reverse, starting with a white base layer, followed by CMYK colors.

✔ This ensures crisp, vibrant colors that stand out on any fabric.

Step 2: Apply Adhesive Powder

✔ The wet print moves into the powder shaker unit, where it is evenly coated with a special adhesive powder.

✔ The excess powder is removed, and the film is then cured in a heating unit to melt and bond the powder with the ink.

Step 3: Transfer the Design with Heat Press

✔ Place the cured transfer film onto the fabric and press it at high temperature (10-15 seconds).

✔ Once cooled, peel off the film to reveal the design.

✔ To ensure durability, press the fabric again for 5 seconds with a finishing sheet.

Final Result: A Soft, Durable Print!
